What I'm looking for

I'm seeking opportunities in employee and organizational engagement, people operations, organizational development, or learning and development where I can support communication, employee experiences, training, and operational processes.

At Nova Star Dance Company, I supported employee communication, onboarding and offboarding, staff development, and day-to-day coordination in a remote organization.

I created Canva-based training presentations on networking, time management, and emotional regulation, updated employee handbook content, and prepared individualized staff contracts. I also served as a liaison among leadership, professional staff, and external stakeholders.

I'm pursuing a Business Administration degree with a Psychology minor at Marian University, applying stakeholder analysis, employee engagement, ethical leadership, and continuous learning concepts to organizational challenges.
