What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a remote Executive Assistant or Operations Coordination role where I can support leaders through scheduling, executive reporting, cross-functional coordination, and project monitoring.

I've supported manufacturing leadership at PT Amerta Indah Otsuka (Pocari Sweat) for 14 years, progressing from Plant Administration Staff to Plant Admin Supervisor. I manage VP/Director schedules, executive briefings, management reports, and coordination across factory departments.

I initiated requirements for Executive Connect, an internal application that centralizes executive schedules, department activity reports, meeting materials, and monthly management reporting. I also coordinate Factory Performance reporting with IT and monitor project schedules and budget-versus-actual performance through Project Tracker.
