What I'm looking for

I'm looking for strategy and operations, business operations, GTM strategy, or program management work where I can diagnose complex problems, improve systems and workflows, coordinate cross-functional execution, and turn data into practical business results.

At Canopy Management, I built data-driven operating strategies for complex Amazon advertising portfolios, growing managed advertising sales from approximately $25K to $356K in Q4 while improving ACoS from 40% to 19%.

I tested proprietary advertising technology, translated usability and operational-risk findings into developer feedback, and created training documentation that reduced a recurring workflow from roughly 10 minutes to 3 minutes.

At Stacer Group, I led a custom business software initiative from concept through deployment, covering requirements, product design, technical talent acquisition, development coordination, testing, implementation, budget, timelines, dependencies, and risk management.
