Previously, I customised Salesforce for nonprofit organisations at Connect Solutions and Cirrico, delivering NPSP and PMM solutions, automation, tax certificates, KPI dashboards, data cleansing, training, and documentation. I also bring web development and QA experience from Life Choices Studio, where I built responsive websites and tested web applications.
