I’m an HR Manager with experience spanning recruiting support through payroll processing, plus people-first leadership from the retail side as a Department Manager. I bring a detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset to every stage—job criteria, interviews, records management, and performance documentation.

In my HR role, I developed work criteria and job descriptions, created and promoted employment advertisements, and oversaw the employment process by reviewing resumes and conducting interviews. I also maintain employee records, compile reporting for performance evaluations, and support payroll by collecting/approving timesheets and calculating compensation.

Before that, I managed sales and customer service outcomes as a Department Manager, where I focused on training teams, coaching for continuous improvement, controlling inventory, and responding to customer issues. That blend of HR operations and operational leadership helps me build stronger teams and deliver measurable results.
