I’m an IT Support Specialist & Network Engineer with 12+ years of experience in ISP operations, remote troubleshooting, and maintaining network uptime across L1–L3 environments. I’ve supported global users and resolved complex incidents involving firewall management, VPN configuration, and VoIP services.

From Websurfer Nepal Communication System to recent enterprise work, I’ve managed Sophos firewalls, VPNs, and RED devices, designed LAN/WAN infrastructure, and supported routing protocols like OSPF and BGP.
