What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can improve customer operations, support distributed teams, administer CRM and SaaS workflows, and build reliable onboarding, documentation, and process standards.

At Ruth’s Chris Corporate, I manage enterprise stakeholder workflows through Tripleseat and OpenTable, maintaining 100% SLA compliance across contract lifecycles and remote operations.
