I am a results-oriented HR professional with an MBA in Human Resources Management from Andhra University, complemented by a B-Tech in Mechanical Engineering. My academic background is enriched with projects that showcase my leadership and analytical skills, such as leading a team in simulating pressure concentration isotherms and conducting change management analysis at NTPC.

Professionally, I have gained hands-on experience through internships at Vizag Steel Plant and Raghu Engineering College, where I honed my technical skills in Auto CAD and CATIA.
