Led project delivery across Contract Lifecycle Management, software development, and cybersecurity engagements, including a Cell Tower Management System for SAPS and cybersecurity operationalisation for DEL and NSFAS. Developed and maintained the master plan for the Broadcasting Digital Migration set-top-box rollout, coordinating regional deployment sequencing. Designed an operating model supporting a planned rollout of 860,000 set-top boxes across three phases.

Led cross-functional ICT projects and supported PMO setup aligned with the Capital Value Process. Oversaw SAP S/4HANA programme activities and SAP Business One integration with One Network Logistics Control Tower, and conducted cybersecurity infrastructure assessment using NIST Framework.

Turned around an underperforming digital and online-services fraud-prevention programme from amber to green within three months. Led Jira rollout and directed the IBM Trusteer Smarter Counter Fraud project.

Led the R165 million Moja Pay SAP implementation covering SAP FI, PS-CD, CRM, and TRM. Managed migration of a system serving approximately 2,500 users and implemented data-governance and SAP data-migration initiatives.

Established and led the ICT PMO and Enterprise Architecture functions, supporting a portfolio of 25+ strategic initiatives. Developed Business Architecture models, Application Portfolio Architecture, and Target State Architecture.

Supported enterprise-wide infrastructure modernization initiatives encompassing data centre servers, network upgrades, operating systems, and telecommunications systems. Developed software solutions for network monitoring and service management.

Coordinated Oracle ERP Budgeting module implementation, including training for 100+ end users and migration of 5+ years of budgeting data. Assisted in establishment of ICT PMO Governance Framework.
