I’m looking for an HR role where I can own recruitment and onboarding end-to-end, strengthen HRIS data accuracy, and support compliant HR policies and employee lifecycle processes—while contributing to employee satisfaction and organizational growth.

I’m a results-driven HR professional with 1+ year of hands-on experience across recruitment, employee lifecycle management, and HR policy development. I’ve streamlined hiring workflows from sourcing and resume screening to interview coordination and onboarding, while coordinating with cross-functional teams to keep processes accurate and timely.

I’m especially strong in HRIS and data integrity—maintaining employee databases with 100% accuracy, ensuring attendance and leave records stay discrepancy-free, and supporting payroll administration inputs like leave, increments, new joiners, and employee exits. I’ve also handled exit management (exit interviews, documentation, and retention insights), processed Full & Final settlements and No Due Clearance, and contributed to compliance-focused policy documentation. Most recently, I drove a Zoho One integration to strengthen organizational HR operations.
