I run the financial backend for vitamin.tools at Kokoc Group, where I designed and built the bank integration behind our payment flow—Keycloak/JWT service credentials, a Kafka exchange contract, and encryption in transit. That work opened a new top-up channel and removed manual payouts and reconciliation, while supporting 1.7B RUB/month top-ups and peak throughput of 100–1000 rps.
I’m deliberate about platform fundamentals: I introduced containerization from scratch and evolved it into Docker Swarm with IaC so every feature branch spins up its own environment automatically. I also built observability end to end with OpenTelemetry (including tracing context propagation through Kafka and RabbitMQ), set SLOs for latency/availability/queue lag, and established alerting, on-call, and written postmortems. When it mattered, I implemented transactional consistency across services and reduced critical distributed-operations errors.
Before Kokoc, I spent four years at Brainysoft on a loan origination platform, decomposing a monolith into 9–15 services with Kafka/CDC via Debezium and pushing heavy operations p95 from tens of seconds to seconds. Since Jan 2026, I’ve been building an ERP layer alone for a cross-border trading company, including SSO across services, a supplier portal, and an automated import pricing pipeline. I also teach—running a masterclass on multi-agent AI development for 50+ engineers.
