What I'm looking for

I prefer to work as a .NET backend engineer. I want a role building simple, robust, performant services, with strong test automation and a team culture that values best practices and clean architecture.

I’ve spent 10+ years developing enterprise web applications for banks, insurance, and acquiring, and I thrive on turning complex requirements into simple, robust, performant code. I’m especially motivated by building backend systems that handle high load with thousands of requests per second.

Test automation is essential for how I work, and I actively write, debug, and improve multi-threaded code in highly loaded applications. I also like sharing best practices—whether through reviews, mentorship, or practical guidance to the team.

In lead roles, I’ve reworked authentication and authorization to support multiple flows (OAuth 2, API tokens, JWT assertion) and improved production reliability for observability and platform services. I’ve also unified CI/CD pipelines, introduced consistent logging, and helped teams adopt cleaner development workflows.

Performance and concurrency are recurring themes in my results: I’ve tuned hot paths, optimized database access (including handling SQL bottlenecks), and investigated concurrency bugs discovered during code review. I can manage a small team of 3 people, and my background spans monolith and distributed microservices across backend and service architecture.
