What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead engineering delivery in fintech—owning end-to-end backend/platform work, driving Agile execution, mentoring engineers, and improving architecture, quality, and incident management. I’m open to relocation and remote work.

I’m a Team Lead (Engineering Manager) with 6+ years of backend development and 3+ years leading cross-functional engineering teams in fintech. I focus on full delivery-cycle ownership—from business requirement analysis and architecture through production rollout and support.

I bring a strong technical foundation across Go and Java-adjacent ecosystems, including microservices, gRPC, Kafka, and PostgreSQL, with hands-on Agile leadership. I’ve designed services for high throughput (up to 15,000 RPS), improved release stability and deployment frequency, raised test coverage to 75%, and strengthened observability and incident management to reduce time to detect production issues.
