As a driven and results-oriented Engineering Manager, I have a proven track record of enhancing performance and driving efficiency across various projects. During my tenure as Head of Optimization at ZTE Uganda Ltd, I achieved over 95% of all contractual radio KPIs, surpassing the expected value. This accomplishment led to MTN Uganda being recognized as the best tier 2 Opco KPI-wise by MTN Group. Additionally, I consistently achieved MTNUG's #1 rank in national Operator drive test benchmarking, further solidifying my expertise in optimization.

Prior to my role at ZTE Uganda, I served as the Radio Planning & Optimization Manager at MTN Uganda Ltd. In this position, I oversaw the successful rollout and upgrades project for over 100 sites, ensuring adherence to budget, time, and resource constraints. I also played a pivotal role in the launch of MTN Uganda's 4G LTE services, positioning the company as a leader in the market.
