As an Enterprise Networks and Security Engineer, I contributed to scalable network architectures, implemented security protocols, and enhanced remote access solutions. My role involved critical installations for high-performance applications and strengthening network security frameworks through effective training and support.

In my role as a Pre-Sales Engineer, I engaged with clients to understand their needs, prepared tailored proposals, and identified relevant tenders. My efforts significantly improved proposal quality and acceptance rates, fostering valuable relationships with stakeholders.

As a Trainee Engineer, I focused on optimizing network performance and supporting security protocols. My responsibilities included incident response, antenna deployment, and collaborating on projects to enhance network security and reliability.

In my role as a Customer Service Representative, I managed customer queries, tracked orders, and identified cross-selling opportunities. I maintained accurate records and communicated professionally to foster positive customer relationships.

During my internship at NetLabs!UG, I configured switches for optimal performance and contributed to various projects. I generated performance reports and maintained documentation to support troubleshooting and network improvements.
