I'm seeking contractor work in community moderation, customer support, or social media engagement where my native Italian, strong written English, and calm handling of sensitive conversations add value to a brand's front line.

I run day-to-day communications for an international online community on Mighty Networks, moderating discussions, coordinating activities across time zones, and helping members feel supported.

I de-escalate emotionally charged exchanges, adapt my communication for people of different ages and backgrounds, and create clear classes, lessons, slides, and guides from complex material.
