Oggi coordino il reparto IT di Privapol Group, guidando priorità tecnologiche, cybersecurity e progetti allineati agli obiettivi aziendali. Proteggo infrastrutture e dati attraverso gestione delle vulnerabilità, incident response, firewall, VPN e politiche di sicurezza.
In Tech Bolivia Computer ho fornito supporto tecnico L1-L2 remoto e on-site, amministrato Active Directory e collaborato all'implementazione di progetti IT. Ho inoltre gestito la migrazione e configurazione di 200 workstation a Windows 11, mantenendo continuità operativa e compatibilità con il software aziendale.
Ho maturato esperienza nella gestione di sistemi, reti, database e servizi Data Center presso Terracoop Cooperativa e Universidad Católica Boliviana. Lavoro con Windows Server, Microsoft 365, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP e sistemi di ticketing, coordinandomi con fornitori e stakeholder.
Mi motivano le sfide tecnologiche, la trasformazione digitale e la crescita in contesti internazionali e tecnologicamente avanzati. Porto un approccio orientato ai risultati, all'analisi, al problem solving e alla gestione delle priorità.
