What I'm looking for
I’m an IT Support Technician with 10+ years of experience across healthcare, industrial, and utility environments. I’ve spent 4+ years providing critical first and second-level support for a large hospital, supporting 4,500+ workstations in a high-availability clinical setting.
In healthcare IT, I troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, and network issues while supporting medical and administrative teams in time-sensitive situations. I manage incidents and service requests through Endpoint Central, handling ticketing, patch management, and software deployment—plus PC, printer, and peripheral provisioning and maintenance.
I bring strong cross-functional communication skills, working with both non-technical users and technical stakeholders. I’ve also delivered daily English communication with international partners and overseas teams, supporting remote and on-site resolutions under pressure.
I’m now actively seeking IT support or sysadmin roles in Northern Europe and Ireland. I’m comfortable blending Windows and identity management (Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure AD basics) with endpoint management and enterprise networking to keep services stable, secure, and responsive.
