What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue contributing to global HR operations, payroll compliance, workforce analytics, and shared-services delivery in a client-facing environment.

I'm currently supporting MATRIXX Software Inc., now part of Amdocs, through Pierian Services in a client-facing HR operations and payroll role. I manage employee lifecycle processes, vendor workforce coordination, background screening, employee records, and HR reporting across APAC and EMEA.

I've supported multi-country payroll operations for Japan, Taiwan, and Peru at Infosys BPM, preparing payroll journals, accruals, and GL reconciliations while coordinating vendors, statutory compliance, and month-end activities.

My work combines HR shared services with practical data analysis: headcount reporting, workforce metrics, compliance dashboards, MIS reporting, and employee-movement tracking. I use UKG HRIS, SAP ECP, and Advanced Excel to maintain accurate, audit-ready employee data.

Across global HR and payroll environments, I've helped strengthen background-verification compliance, streamline training and documentation tracking, and provide leadership with consistent workforce insights.
