I am a methodical and driven Technical Support Engineer with a strong focus on managing client relationships and delivering technical solutions that drive business success. During my tenure at Dell EMC, I led the Escalation team for the Data Protection Team, specializing in NDMP, replication, and migration. I was responsible for leading a specialized support team for PowerScale (Isilon) enterprise NAS, where I authored and maintained the NDMP Performance Tuning guide and frequently led cross-product investigations. My role also involved liaising between Support and Engineering for bug fixes and patches, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of issues.
My experience at NetApp further solidified my expertise in Data Protection, where I provided specialized support on Backup, Migration, and compliance. I have a rich background in various technical roles, including founding and directing operations at BNH Services and serving as a Principal Consultant at Computer Associates.
