I’m looking for a role where I can own end-to-end recruitment, partner with HR and hiring managers, and keep improving time-to-fill through strong sourcing, screening, and team-led process optimization.

I’m an experienced recruiter with several years in recruitment support and solutions, focused on talent sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing. I’ve also built my own recruitment agencies, strengthening my ability to deliver practical hiring outcomes for HR business partners, organizations, and hiring managers.
