I'm currently supporting restaurant operations at Restaurante T5 on the DST Campus in Braga, handling the cash register, order preparation, stock replenishment, and workspace organisation.

Across Portugal, the United States, Turkey, and Brazil, I've worked directly with customers in fast-paced hospitality, retail, cleaning, real estate, and administrative environments. At Alvin's Island, I managed payments, customer questions, complaints, and sales-floor organisation under pressure.

At Lupo Carpentry, I supported administration, materials management, and client contact. I also worked as a Housekeeping Inspector intern at WaterColor Inn Hotel, coordinating with teams, monitoring quality, and helping ensure guest satisfaction.

I'm fluent in Turkish and advanced in English, with intermediate Portuguese that I'm continually improving. I bring clear communication, problem-solving, organisation, Microsoft Office skills, and full-time availability for customer support, call centre, or back-office work.
