At Mercer Human Resources, I lead approximately 20 pension administrators supporting client plans with 500 to 20,000 participants. I serve as the final technical checkpoint for complex pension calculations and oversee compliant administration under ERISA, IRS, DOL, and client plan requirements.
Across more than 30 years in defined benefit and defined contribution administration at Mercer and Hewitt Associates, I’ve handled QDRO, death, and late-retirement determinations; led 401(k) and pension operations; improved workflows; and built training programs that strengthen team knowledge and consistency.
