At 4G Capital, I provide onsite and remote technical support for internal and external technology systems, resolving requests in line with company SLAs. I also troubleshoot the internal network and infrastructure.
I spearhead IT security implementation and Mobile Device Management protocols, and oversee the Sophos Firewall. I configure and maintain Google Workspace tools, including Gmail, Drive, Docs, and Sheets.
My earlier experience includes IT roles at Techno Brain Group, Bank of Uganda, and the Ministry of Local Government, Uganda. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Makerere University.
