I advise deal teams on conversion risk, deal velocity, close confidence, and competitive positioning, translating complex trade-offs into clear strategic recommendations.
I lead origination and win-extraction analysis across markets to clarify where wins come from and what differentiates successful pursuits—and I turn those insights into go-to-market and pursuit strategies adopted by senior leadership.
