I’m a commercial strategy leader with 11+ years of experience shaping how high-value deals are won, priced, and brought to market across global consulting, financial services, and investment banking. I operate at the intersection of pricing, go-to-market, and commercial decision-making—partnering directly with deal leadership to shape win strategy, structure pursuit economics, and influence the calls that drive revenue at scale.

As a Manager – Sales Performance Analytics Lead (Global Mega Deals) at Accenture, I’ve partnered across Market Makers and deal leadership on pursuits ≥$100M, supporting a portfolio valuation of $19B and 72% year-on-year revenue growth across three consecutive years. I advise deal teams on conversion risk, deal velocity, close confidence, and competitive positioning, translating complex trade-offs into clear strategic recommendations.

I lead origination and win-extraction analysis across markets to clarify where wins come from and what differentiates successful pursuits—and I turn those insights into go-to-market and pursuit strategies adopted by senior leadership. I also build scenario-driven commercial models integrating pipeline, margin, and GTM priorities to help leadership test pricing and investment trade-offs faster and with stronger evidence during pursuit reviews and planning cycles.

Before Accenture, I owned commercial strategy and pricing decisions for a real estate finance portfolio exceeding €600M at Castlehaven Finance, building models that determined product pricing, assessed project viability, and shaped revenue strategy. Earlier, at Link Asset Services and Deutsche Bank, I supported deal reviews and high-value transactions and priced/executed fixed-income trades daily in fast-moving markets—work that grounded my analytical depth and sharpened how I communicate to senior stakeholders.
