In my current role as Senior Finance Director, Head of Deal Hub EMEA at FIS Global, I provide strategic financial oversight on complex commercial deals, strengthen revenue recognition governance, and advise on financial risk and strategic growth. Previously at Mastercard Payment Gateway Services, I led global transformation of deal management, established deal governance by chairing the Deal Review Committee, and designed a global pricing strategy framework—combining analytical rigour with human-centred leadership, coaching, and resilience-building to improve collaboration and momentum.
