In my current role at Cognizant, I spearhead org-wide GenAI Adoption Governance, leading end-to-end tracking, validation, and reporting across multiple accounts and business units. I govern multi-stage adoption (Discover → Implement → Adopt → Impact), validate Lines of Code (LOC) submissions, and run gap analysis to uncover why projects aren’t adopting—then recommend corrective actions aligned to delivery and business goals.

I also focus heavily on value realization: I track and validate delivery benefits data across geographies, reconciling submissions from delivery teams to ensure accuracy and consistency. From adoption trends to bottleneck analysis, I translate complex project signals into concise reports that support strategic GenAI investment decisions for Associate Director and above.

Earlier, I led operations and analysts across Google and Twitter initiatives, managing SLA performance, daily logistics, and stakeholder business reviews. I improved productivity and delivery quality through SOP standardization, continuous performance monitoring, RCA/Kaizen-led process improvements, and Agile/Scrum delivery practices—while coaching teams, closing skill gaps, and strengthening backlog and sprint execution.
