At ACT21, I lead delivery for Bajaj Allianz Life's incentive automation platform, taking it from design to production for 200–250K payees and 5–6M daily transactions. I own the accounting module and incentive-computation design, including payout logic, reconciliations, recoveries, credit notes, and hierarchy-based distribution.
I've re-engineered callback processing to cut a 700K-case batch from 24 minutes to 1 minute 18 seconds, built zero-discrepancy payout reconciliation for UAT, and mentored 6–7 engineers. I also built DSL-driven low-code platform capabilities with Java, Spring Boot, Xtend, Xtext, PostgreSQL, and Camunda, and lead client delivery, code reviews, production escalations, and presales POCs.
