I’m looking to lead fintech/platform delivery with production-quality engineering, secure micro-services, and AI-first automation—combining architecture with hands-on delivery, mentoring teams, and building tools that speed up shipping without compromising reliability.

I’m a Technical Lead with 8.5+ years designing and delivering enterprise fintech platforms across cash management, CSD, trade finance, supply chain finance, and lending. I lead teams of up to 12 engineers and ship systems used by multiple banks and SMEs across India and international markets.

Most recently, I led architecture and delivery of a unified fintech platform, including a 9-service cloud-agnostic Cash Management system running 100K+ daily transactions. I built reusable components and secure REST/gRPC APIs that cut new-module delivery time by 70%, engineered Kafka/RabbitMQ messaging at 10K messages/sec with 99.9% reliability, and established platform security and observability with OAuth2, JWT, Prometheus, and Sentry.

I also drive AI-first engineering practices—building an MCP-based developer assistant and an AI code-review pipeline across 20 repositories to screen 70% of PRs. Previously, I helped deliver a CSD platform across 13 central banks, improving OData-backed REST performance and modernizing SWIFT/ISO 20022 parsing with a rules-engine approach, while mentoring and raising engineering standards throughout.
