I’m a Product Manager focused on building predictable growth engines—from acquisition to reactivation. At Dezerv, I generated ₹220 Cr AUM and ₹2.1 Cr ARR by creating and scaling a cold calling acquisition channel that delivered 4,500+ qualified meetings and reached break-even unit economics in under 2.5 years.

I design and ship product systems that improve visibility and efficiency: I launched an in-house CRM with auto allocation and end-to-end journeys, integrated a dialer for automated call logging, and built dynamic landing pages that increased call booking from 8% to 12%. I also increased reactivation by 50% (7% → 9%) by developing a capital gains feature for consolidated multi-broker mutual fund reports, scaled a pre-sales team from 3 to 30, and used Gemini-based call insights to reduce costs while improving contextual awareness. Previously at BYJU’S, I improved student communication outcomes using Clevertap (attendance% +2.6pp, costs -67%), strengthened trial onboarding (first class attended +3.2pp), and increased watch time with regional language options (+4.4pp).
