At Ringier South Africa, I build AI and data products for a high-volume real estate marketplace, including LLM-powered extraction pipelines, an internal legal RAG chatbot, and PySpark ETL workflows processing millions of listings.
I design reliable production systems on Palantir Foundry, from entity resolution, deduplication, and listing-quality scoring to Slack-delivered insight pipelines and recommendation-system foundations. I apply LLMOps and MLOps practices including output monitoring, drift tracking, CI/CD, incremental processing, and pipeline optimisation.
Previously at OUTsurance, I delivered churn, propensity, fraud, conversion, forecasting, and anomaly-detection models across motor, home, and commercial insurance. I also translated customer segmentation, campaign measurement, A/B testing, and digital funnel analysis into decisions for product, marketing, and senior stakeholders.
My work connects data science, engineering, BI, and business teams across AWS, Azure, GCP, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Python. I bring a DAMA CDMP certification and experience mentoring applied data analytics students in Python and SQL.
