At Standard Bank – Unu Health, I lead the design of LLM-driven intelligence solutions using RAG, semantic search, and natural-language querying to improve access to organisational knowledge. I also develop analytics for customer segmentation and behavioural modelling across banking and digital healthcare initiatives.
At the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR), I designed enterprise RAG systems combining vector databases, semantic retrieval, and knowledge graph reasoning. I also integrated healthcare information from more than 10 data sources and developed ML and robotic process automation pipelines that reduced processing time by a reported 25%.
At Rain Networks, I developed neural-network prototypes to detect abnormal electricity consumption in telecommunications base stations. My MSc in Engineering (Artificial Intelligence) research included a hybrid machine-learning framework for electricity theft detection, with classification models reporting an F1-score of 96%.
