I’m a Data Scientist with hands-on experience in machine learning, predictive analytics, and business intelligence. I specialize in transforming complex datasets into actionable business insights through predictive modeling, data analysis, dashboard development, and automation.

I’ve built end-to-end machine learning pipelines using Python, SQL, R, SAS, and Power BI, working across telecom, fintech, and customer analytics projects. My experience includes churn prediction, customer risk scoring, forecasting, segmentation, and KPI reporting using real-world datasets.

During my Data Science & Analytics Internship with Future Interns, I developed predictive analytics solutions and interactive dashboards to support data-driven decision-making. I also built advanced forecasting models during my Project-Based Work Integrated Learning experience, where my stacked LSTM model outperformed traditional SARIMA forecasting methods.

Across projects such as the Nedbank ML & Data Science Competition and my AWS PartyRock ChurnGuard AI application, I’ve focused on building scalable, business-oriented AI solutions with strong emphasis on feature engineering, model performance, and practical deployment.
