What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an order management, supply chain, or customer operations role where I can coordinate end-to-end order fulfilment, improve delivery performance, manage forecasts, and work closely with cross-functional teams.

At AAT Composites, I manage sales orders from receipt through delivery, align demand forecasts with customer requirements, and coordinate production schedules to support accurate fulfilment and on-time delivery.

Previously at NSC Global and Tellumat Integrated Solutions, I handled quotations, purchase orders, customer accounts, invoicing, credit notes, shipment tracking, and order-related customer queries. I've worked closely with sales, procurement, finance, engineering, operations, and project teams to keep orders moving and customers informed.

I use SAP, Syspro, Navision, Sugar CRM, Sciforma, Jira, and Microsoft Office to reconcile orders, monitor ETAs, report on delivery performance, and maintain reliable order and contract records.
