What I'm looking for

I seek a collaborative role in operations or order management that leverages my Salesforce and invoicing experience, offers growth, and values integrity and continuous learning.

I am a Bachelor of Commerce in Law student with hands-on experience in order management, finance and operations coordination, and customer-facing sales roles. I bring practical skills using Salesforce, Zendesk, Asana, UPS/FedEx shipment tracking, and strong data-capturing and invoicing experience.

My background includes roles as Order Processing Specialist and Order Management Specialist supporting promotional-products and creative studio clients, plus a Finance & Operations Coordinator role handling payroll, invoice administration, expense monitoring, and monthly financial reporting. I also have direct sales experience generating qualified leads and closing sales in a target-driven environment.
