At Mahindra Finance, I business-partner with the Human Resources and Infrastructure & Services groups while driving initiatives through the CHRO’s Office. I manage the employee life cycle and talent acquisition and management for these teams.
I’m also driving the annual performance management cycle, job evaluations, and HR policy and SOP reviews. My work has included streamlining job grades and pay bands across countrywide HR teams and supporting Success Factors adoption and training.
At ICICI Bank, I managed corporate business groups and partnered with senior leaders on HR strategies. I also led lateral recruitment and developed and delivered interviewer training and Behavioural Events Interview guidelines.
I wrote and published When the Rain Lets Up during a personal career break. My research has also explored gender bias and the career progression of women postpartum in the corporate sector.
