What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute my humanitarian operations, community-development, HR, recruitment, training, and cross-cultural relationship-building experience to mission-driven work supporting communities and international development objectives.

I founded and direct Restoration House of Sanyu, leading humanitarian and community-development initiatives in Kenya and Uganda for vulnerable young mothers, women, families, and youth.

I build relationships with local leaders, community organizations, and stakeholders, including Maasai community leadership in Kajiado County. My work supports maternal care, education, entrepreneurship, vocational development, family support, and sustainable livelihood concepts.

At Top Guard Inc., I managed operations, staffing, client service, and HR administration across more than 50 client accounts. I supported onboarding for 200+ employees annually, prepared workforce reports covering 1,000+ employees, and reduced scheduling conflicts by approximately 40%.

I also deliver adult training as a DCJS-certified instructor, adapting practical instruction to varied learning styles and reinforcing safety, accountability, and professional readiness. I bring more than 20 years of customer service and administrative experience to cross-cultural, people-centered work.
