Directed administrative, financial, operational, and logistical functions for a $19M USAID biodiversity program across six offices. Led HR, procurement, finance, grants, IT, and logistics teams while ensuring USAID, USG, Nepali law, and internal policy compliance.

Managed home-office delivery and operations for USAID programs valued at $50M–$172M in Iraq and Lebanon. Oversaw financial performance, budgeting, subcontractor management, contractual compliance, and led project start-up and closeout coordination across countries.

Managed day-to-day operations for USAID projects, supporting start-up/closedown, work planning, and implementation tracking. Monitored project budgets and expenses, supported recruitment and onboarding, and assisted with procurement and contract drafting while contributing to audits and leadership reporting.

Provided operational support to USAID projects across Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Indonesia, and Cambodia. Reviewed field expense reports and procurement requests for compliance, supported recruitment and onboarding, and helped edit field reports and grant proposal/budget materials.

Designed and delivered trainings for community organizations and youth on budgeting, employability, business development, and project management. Led employability and rural women’s product-development programs, launched two community-based businesses, and monitored and evaluated projects using Peace Corps reporting systems.

Founded and led a nonprofit operating in Uganda and the U.S., setting strategic direction and overseeing compliance. Managed budgets, fundraising, donor relationships, and financial reporting while designing youth literacy programs (including a library in Wakiso) and overseeing NGO registration and outreach activities.
