I'm currently managing end-to-end payroll, salary processing, bank files, payslip generation, and employee records at Ennovate Computer & Software Pvt. Ltd.
I handle onboarding and exits through Zoho HRMS, prepare employee documentation including offer, increment, experience, relieving, and NOC letters, and process PF-related activities and compliance documentation. I also support salary structure revisions, reimbursements, statutory submissions, and administrative activities.
My accounting background includes GST and TDS returns, bank reconciliation, XBRL reporting, journal entries, and USA client accounting. I'm pursuing an MBA and building my career in Human Resources.
