I’m a Data Analyst with 2+ years in a large-scale Adobe support and operations environment, where I turn raw support, product-usage, and customer data into clear, decision-ready insights.

I analyze patterns across monthly support cases using statistical and trend analysis to identify recurring product issues, quantify frequency and customer impact, and help prioritize engineering fixes.

I write SQL queries to extract, validate, and correlate customer and product-usage data across backend systems, supporting root-cause investigations and improving data quality for reporting and visualization. I also track contact-driver trends across a 300–350 agent support organization and run before/after comparisons on interventions.

To keep stakeholders aligned, I build recurring Power BI/Excel dashboards and reports on support KPIs like contact volume, resolution rate, and CSAT trends, enabling data-driven decisions. I’m also comfortable working with end-to-end analysis—from exploratory data analysis to time-series methods—such as a Python-based project on ride-demand peaks and allocation timing.
