At TAFE, I lead product strategy for a B2B SaaS Farm Management Information System for India. I drove three pilots involving 18,000+ farmers and six enterprises, while defining crop taxonomies and data models that support traceability, farm monitoring, and downstream analytics.
At ITC, I created the world’s first Agri co-pilot using RAG architecture, showcased by Microsoft’s CEO at the AI Tour ’24 keynote. I built Python-based RAG pipelines that reduced hallucinations from 27% to under 1%, reduced inference costs by 58%, and cut latency by 60%.
I’ve also grown agricultural ecosystems to 2M+ users, improved GMV, acquisition, retention, and operational efficiency, and launched a profitable marketplace at Agri10x through OEM partnerships and customer-focused experimentation.
