I’m an Operations Team Lead focused on EV battery swapping operations, logistics coordination, and day-to-day field team management. I supervise operational workflows, monitor KPIs, and keep service quality aligned to SLAs across multiple locations.

In my current role, I manage battery swapping operations across service locations and coordinate pan-India field teams to ensure smooth execution. I use GPS and IoT tracking systems to monitor battery assets, performance, and service requirements in real time.

I strengthen operations with consistent reporting and analysis—preparing daily MIS reports, operational dashboards, and performance breakdowns using Microsoft Excel. I also handle field-level escalations and operational issues quickly to minimize downtime and maintain operational continuity.

Earlier, as an Operation Associate, I supported daily workflow execution, maintained operational records, and improved tracking accuracy through structured reporting. I coordinated across internal departments to help ensure smooth project execution and reliable client communication around operational issue resolution.
