I'm looking to grow in talent acquisition and HR analytics, contributing to structured, assessment-driven hiring, stakeholder collaboration, and people-focused initiatives in organizational development, employee wellness, and learning and development.

I'm currently an HR Associate at GlobalBees Brands (Urban Gabru), where I source and screen candidates through Naukri/Resdex and LinkedIn, build job descriptions and hiring kits, and manage candidate communication from outreach through offer stage.

Previously, I supported assessment-driven hiring at Amdocs and end-to-end recruitment at MSA Consultancy Services. I partnered with clients including LENZE, coordinated interviews, maintained role tracking in CBREX, and supported sourcing strategies and business-development outreach.
