At Codevyasa, I lead end-to-end recruitment for around 25 concurrent roles across enterprise clients including Swiggy, DriveX, and Locus. I’ve closed SDE-1, SDE-2, SDET, Staff Backend Engineer, UI Developer, and Backend Developer positions.

I partner with hiring managers from JD intake through sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and rollout. Using Boolean search, Naukri Resdex, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Hirist, I build targeted talent pipelines and keep stakeholders aligned through regular status calls and hiring reports.

I also lead and mentor a team of 3–4 recruiters and TA specialists, supporting shortlists, sourcing challenges, and requisition ownership.

Previously at Eazybe, I helped scale the organization from 5–10 to 40–50 employees by building Tech, Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams. Alongside hiring, I owned HR operations spanning onboarding, payroll, employee engagement, training coordination, and offboarding.
