At Acuity Professional, I own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across multiple business functions, from requirement gathering through candidate onboarding. I partner with hiring managers, source niche and lateral talent, and coordinate interviews and offers.
I maintain recruitment pipelines in Monday.com ATS and track hiring metrics through dashboards. I also use Claude to automate candidate tracking sheets on Monday.com, reducing manual data entry and improving pipeline accuracy.
At GreyB, I led recruitment and HR operations for a 500+ employee organization. I coordinated 2,171 interviews that resulted in 167 hires, and ran bulk hiring drives and onboarding sessions.
My work at GreyB also included 90-day reviews, probation discussions, PIP coordination, exit interviews, employee grievances, and engagement initiatives. Earlier, at Tech Mahindra, I supported recruitment operations and workforce demand reporting.
