I'm looking to continue managing end-to-end IT and non-IT recruitment, partnering with hiring managers, building strong talent pipelines, and delivering timely, positive candidate experiences.

I've managed end-to-end IT and non-IT hiring at MAXAMTECH and FABUTECH, recruiting software developers, testers, architects, SAP consultants, sales professionals, and business development leaders.

I translate job requirements into targeted sourcing strategies across Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals, Boolean searches, and direct sourcing. I screen candidates, coordinate technical and managerial interviews, maintain pipelines and recruitment reporting, and manage multiple vacancies against business timelines.

I support salary discussions, offer negotiations, documentation, and onboarding while keeping candidate experience and stakeholder communication at the center of the process.
