At Scry AI, I owned epics, sprint execution, WSJF prioritisation and releases across four enterprise AI products for NEOM, Hitachi, Stellantis and TCS. I led product delivery for platforms including Auriga, Collatio and Concentio, while managing a five-person UI team and collaborating with 12+ developers, QA and designers.
I drove outcomes including a 60% reduction in API response times for Hitachi Vigilo RTI, a 30% frontend build-size reduction, and an IoT sensing platform used by 5,000+ people across deployments. Earlier at TCS, I gathered client requirements, authored BRDs, translated them into sprint-ready stories, and coordinated onshore/offshore delivery for Stellantis and Bank of Montreal platforms.
I've also founded and shipped products end to end, from discovery and pricing to build and go-to-market. My current work includes FlowState, live at two CA firms, alongside Lumen, LedgerLink and a sold Excel Formula Assistant.
