At Chromium Web Services, I work on the Michelin CDP Cloud project, building Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud solutions for customer data activation.
I design data models, ingest and map data through APIs, batch files, DLOs, and DMOs, and configure identity resolution, segmentation, calculated insights, and activation. I build multi-channel journeys in Journey Builder and connect Data Cloud audiences to personalized email, SMS, and advertising campaigns.
I also develop dynamic content, CloudPages, preference centers, and responsive email templates using AMPscript, GTL, HTML, CSS, and SQL.
