I've built pricing, forecasting, and risk analytics solutions that translate complex datasets into practical business decisions. At Hareesh IT Industries, I created 8+ Power BI dashboards and reports across more than 80,000 transactional records for sales, operations, and finance stakeholders.

I engineered SQL Server data models and DAX measures for drill-through analysis, uncovering revenue concentration patterns that prompted account-strategy revisions. I also ran stakeholder workshops to turn ambiguous questions into measurable KPIs and established dashboard documentation and refresh standards adopted by the team.

For an IE × KPMG capstone, I built LightGBM models across 42,000+ Airbnb listings in Madrid, Barcelona, and Málaga, achieving R² up to 0.868 for nightly-rate, occupancy, and sale-price forecasting. I also developed a 10,000-simulation Monte Carlo engine to quantify investment risk and expected returns, and designed four agents in a seven-agent LangGraph AI system for research, valuation, and reporting.

I'm especially interested in applying predictive analytics and AI to real-world pricing, credit risk, and risk-forecasting problems.
