I'm currently managing end-to-end accounts receivable and debt collection activities at Oneadvance, following up on overdue payments, resolving billing discrepancies, and tracking collection performance through aging reports.

Previously at NES Fiycroft, I supported Order-to-Cash operations across invoicing, receivables tracking, cash application, billing analysis, and MIS reporting. I matched customer payments to open invoices, investigated discrepancies, and worked with cross-functional teams to meet SLAs and financial controls.

As an Invoicing Trainee, I reviewed and submitted invoices through Navision, email, and client portals including SAP Ariba, Kofax, Tesla, and Cegedim. I also handled invoice rejections, credit and rebills, PO tracking, and invoice holds while maintaining customer satisfaction.

I've been recognized through Employee of the Month nominations and multiple appreciations from clients and credit controllers for effective process management. I bring hands-on SAP FICO, Excel, reconciliation, and reporting skills to improve timely collections and reduce overdue balances.
